Introduction
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Manager to join our team.
This role is responsible for managing the entire production process from start to finish along with providing guidance and support to our organization on the use of our enterprise resource planning system (ERP).
This role is responsible for coordinating with other departments and personnel to ensure that all processes and activities are carried out in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
To be successful, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities
Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met in a timely manner
Monitor quality assurance and safety standards in production processes
Oversee the selection and training of production staff
Ensure that machines and raw materials are available for production.
Estimate amount of materials required for production.
Monitor and adjust production levels to meet customer demand
Optimize equipment utilization and maintenance
Monitor and adjust production levels to meet customer demand
Resolve production issues in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor and adjust production levels to meet customer demand
Maintain accurate records of production activities
Analyze production data and make recommendations to management
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Keen Understanding of ERP system
Create and execute cycle counts for packaging and raw ingredients
Review production MRP and verify accuracy, including ship dates and lead times.
Ability to create production orders for crop cleaning and finished goods
Ability to execute consumption and oversee/ audit ERP tech
BOL creation and changes
Audit/ verify system BOM’s with plant computer and recipe book.
Verify production output and break/ back out “ghost license plates”
Job Requirements
2-5 years of experience in production management
Solid understanding of production planning, inventory management, and cost control
Ability to lead and develop a production team across two shifts.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience with ERP system or equivalent technical abilities
Specific experience with M365 is a plus
Ability to train and support users of the ERP system
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
