Hemisphere restaurant group was established in 2011 and we have been rapidly growing ever since, and we are only looking forward! You will be responsible for keeping our restaurant exceptionally clean and well run, assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day fast-paced operations, and in leading the staff.
These duties will include executing company policies, procedures, and programs.
You must have experience in business management, people motivation, and be an excellent communicator! Primary Functions:
Work scheduled shifts.
Responsible for maintaining food cost, line checks and purchasing.
Meet all Performance Objectives
Ensure food items are prepared according Company Standards
Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all OSHA Guidelines.
Safe Food Handling
Maintain Food storage.
Receiving, rotating and stocking food
Development of all Assistant Kitchen managers and hourly associates
Supervise all Kitchen Staff
Complete Employee Reviews in a timely manner
Responsible for overseeing all Island Duties
Effectively Communicate with outside vendors
Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements Our Must Haves to be considered for this Role:
At least 2 years of Full-Service Experience
Previous Executive Chef or Kitchen Management Experience preferred.
Have a firm grasp on successfully leading large teams.
Effectively communicate with outside vendors.
Be able to achieve as a team and collaborate with fellow leaders.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays.
Understand restaurant financials and forecasting.
