Plant Operations Manager

*PLANT LOGISTICS MANAGER FOR GRAIN ELEVATOR* Red River Ag, Hawley MN is searching for a full-time elevator operations manager.
As an elevator employee, you will be responsible for receiving grain and loading grain trucks out, grading grain samples and helping with the maintenance of elevator equipment.
This position will offer opportunities for learning the science of grain marketing.
We will provide commodity training and resources.
This is a versatile position and will also assist in other duties of the elevator operation including assisting in our agronomy department.
Hawley, MN is located 30-minutes East of Fargo, ND and 25-minutes West of Detroit Lakes, MN.
*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* * Performing critical operations to keep the facility running: loading/unloading trucks, grain handling including filling/reclaiming ground piles, transferring, blending, drying, etc.
* Operating safely within Red River Ag’s policies, procedures, and governmental regulations.
* Providing a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable interactions with our customers.
* Maintaining the housekeeping of the facility including elevator, buildings, grounds, etc.
* Monitoring equipment to ensure it is in good working order, participating in the overall maintenance of the facility and equipment and notifying management of any necessary repairs or possible equipment concerns.
* Operating rolling stock such as Vehicles, Skid Steer Loader, Wheel Loader, Tractors, etc.
* Being an engaged member of a team and being a self-starter.
* Able to work extended hours at busy times based on business demand (including nights and weekends).
* Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to; prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights for extended periods of time, bending, kneeling, climbing/descending stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc), lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $41,600.
00 - $62,400.
