*THE ROLE* As the Insurance Operations Associate, you will have the important role of: * Maintaining multiple calendars and scheduling appointments * Case note review, disbursement and follow up on tasks * Input information into CRM * Answer phones * Greet clients *WHAT IT TAKES* You will succeed in this role if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are determined to achieve results.
Important competencies to effectively perform this role include: * Proactive decision-making and problem-solving skills * Desire for specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of quality and accuracy, when handling our client’s finances * Service-orientated, and willing to step in to help in various circumstances * Professional communication style when working with clients * Careful adherence to well-defined objectives * High quality work output with correct results *WHAT YOUR RESUME SHOWS* While we’re looking for some specific experiences and skill sets, nothing is more important than a than a strong can-do attitude, resilience in the face of change, and a passion for learning and helping our clients.
