This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a restaurant manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing the day to day operations of a storefront, including communicating with staff and clients, managing reservations, and overseeing inventory.
The management position requires the successful candidate to be both detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
We're seeking an individual who can evaluate a situation quickly, recognize problems and create innovative solutions.
Responsibilities: Accommodate customers with special requests.
Greet customers promptly upon entry.
Answer questions about menu items.
Explain food preparation processes to customers.
Closely monitor employees to ensure they are meeting customer expectations.
Supervise employees during peak dining hours.
Retain the services of a food and beverage manager.
Manage restaurant expenses, revenues, and staff on the floor.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $50,000.
