*Position: Assistant Division Leader*
An Assistant Division Leader at All Terrain will help to lead some of the largest divisions at the company, and grow their leadership skills under a Division Leader or Assistant Director of Operations.
*Here are the aspects of becoming an Assistant Division Leader at All Terrain:*
· Learn the field operations of the specific division (mowing, spraying, irrigation, etc.
)
· Get to know the team members inside the specific division so you can more effectively lead them
· Assist Division Leader in working with and leading team members, getting routine maintenance completed, organizing equipment, and managing work lists
· Complete company initiatives and achieve efficiency goals
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the lawn care and/or landscaping field.
* Valid Driver's License.
*Hours: *This is a year-round, full-time position.
_*Summer:*_ An Assistant Division Leader is expected to work about 45-60 hours per week, and overtime is encouraged! A typical day is 6 am to about 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with the occasional Saturday.
_*Winter:*_ All Terrain offers an average of 25-30 hours per week, but the hours will be more varied as it is dependent upon snow events.
Overnights are required.
*Pay: *Summer hourly pay is in the $23-27 per hour based on leadership experience.
In the winter we offer a base salary of $400 per month, plus 110% of the summer pay rate.
