As the Service Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the service department, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Your role includes: * Leading and supporting technicians with daily challenges.
* Managing service schedules, ensuring advanced completion.
* Maintaining full awareness of service department activities.
* Overseeing warranty situations in compliance with guidelines.
* Handling final billing and paperwork accuracy.
* Leading spa refurbishment and expanding client base.
