As a IT Project Analyst on our team, you'll be at the forefront of transforming ideas into reality.
You'll work closely with end users to gather and analyze their needs, and play a crucial role in translating these needs and ideas into actionable items for our internal software development team.
This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create comprehensive and clear documentation.

This is an on-site Position based at our HQ in Detroit Lakes, MN
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS | Collaborate + Analyze + Facilitate + Support + Deliver
Review and research items submitted to internal development queue
Collaborate with key stakeholders and end users to understand business processes, needs, and objectives
Analyze and document business requirements in a clear and detailed manner; transform these into detailed, actionable items for the development team
Organize and prioritize requirements based on business impact and feasibility
Work closely with developers to ensure a common understanding of requirements and address any clarification needs
Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and the development team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and end users, to ensure successful project delivery (value of TEAM coming in to play big time here)
Provide ongoing support to developers throughout the development life cycle, addressing questions and clarifications
Participate in the review and validation of deliverables to ensure they meet the specified requirements
QUALIFICATIONS | Strong Communication + Proactive + Adaptable + Problem Solver
Bachelor's or ASS degree in Information Technology or related field (or relevant experience) required
Computer and database systems experience a must
Familiarity with software development methodologies
Attention to detail and deadlines is crucial
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to make effective decisions, and prioritize accordingly
Adept at working independently to come up with solutions
Highly organized & adaptability working with deadlines and changing priorities
Aptitude to research and quickly learn new systems
Whiz at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment
Familiarity with Mos Eisley is a plus (it's a pretty big deal to our IT team)
Must love dogs (we like them a lot @ HQ, and you'll definitely see them roaming across the hallway from the IT office)
