Yes Job Summary/Basic Function This vital role will research, develop, recommend, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for Concordia.
It is also responsible for creating and implementing onboarding programs to support employees in becoming effective contributors.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree plus one year of experience in HR with an emphasis in recruitment or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Knowledge of all lifecycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding.
Ability to develop positive relationships and effectively communicate orally and in writing with all stakeholders.
Ability to leverage technological resources to facilitate talent acquisition and retention.
Preferred Qualifications Successful recruiting experience of three years.
Knowledge of EEO and Wage and Hour laws.
