Summary
As a Senior Product Manager in the Office of the CPO, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the AI enablement of all our divisions products.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, designers, user experience researchers, and external partners, to define and execute the AI product roadmaps.
You will be responsible for gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products that enhance and automate the overall user experience and allow us to achieve the highest impact towards company goals.
Responsibilities
• Define the software product strategy and roadmap for AI-enabled applications, in collaboration with key stakeholders and senior leadership across ECI business units.
• Foster AI based innovative ideas across ECI by collecting, exposing, and promoting them regularly.
• Establish guidelines and promote reuse for AI tools, methods of integration, security, privacy, data ownership issue, etc.
• Work closely with the Data and Analytics team on common use cases, on data aggregation, repositories, transformations, machine learning models, integrations, etc.
• Understand the market landscape and review competition to bring business insight to the team.
• Partner with your peer engineering and design teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on field enablement and go-to-market activities.
• Evangelize the product and strategy to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Track and analyze key product metrics, user feedback, and performance data to measure the success of product initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on AI software product portfolio, providing guidance and support to internal teams, customers, and external partners.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of strong software product management experience, ideally with B2B products.
• Experience successfully defining, building, and shipping enterprise-grade products that utilize LLM/GenAI and ML models is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build consensus.
