When filling in for GM’s, we are looking for candidates that want the opportunity to lead their hotel team.

In additional to LMA, our General Managers are responsible for the Overall Operations of the hotel property, including Finance, Revenue & Sales, Guest Service Scores, Brand Standards and Human Resources.
Additional task force duties may include helping properties struggling with GSS Scores, QA scores, housekeeping Minutes Per Occupied Rooms, or properties needing EOS assistance.
This is a hands-on hospitality management role in which the Task Force General Manager will be expected to maintain both the hotel brand and KAJ Hospitality’s high standards of excellence! Because this position will assist in every KAJ Market, we anticipate this position being approximately 75% travel.
When filling in for a General Manager at a hotel, we anticipate three weeks at the hotel and one week completely off.
