The Health, Safety and Security Manager position is part of the Environmental Health and Safety team located in Fargo, ND, and will be primarily on-site.

You will be a part of the EHS team and report to the Director of Environmental Health, Safety, Security & Sustainability.
This position will oversee our Fargo, Madison, and Lincoln sites.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Oversee and assist with managing emergency communication Regularly review and update safety and security practices and procedures to align with evolving regulations, industry standards, and organizational needs Oversee our workers’ compensation program The essential requirements of the job include: At least 8+ years of EHS experience Bachelor’s degree or related experience in occupational health and safety, environmental science or related field Experience with developing and implementing employee engagement and safety and security training programs It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Ergonomics OSHA VPP First Aid/CPR/AED When you join us, you’ll also be joining Danaher’s global organization, where 80,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
