OPERATIONS PROJECT MANAGER
SUMMARY
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and control of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals with a focus on Operations.
Performs required analysis and reporting to support Operations projects or initiatives.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads the planning and implementation of projects while facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, deliverables, resource requirements and applicable project timelines.
Tracks project deliverables using appropriate tools and provides direction and support to the cross functional project team.
Takes an active role to evaluate feasibility and ROI with appropriate stakeholders.
Monitors and reports on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
Create and maintain detailed Operational Flow Diagrams and Process Maps.
Liaison with Operations management to track annual goals and initiatives and report status to Leadership.
Create and maintain any necessary reporting to support Operations initiatives and projects.
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
Demonstrate curiosity and a growth mindset to help drive a culture of productivity and efficiency that emphasizes the importance of the Swanson Team.
Conducts self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of SHP.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor of Science degree in Project Management or Engineering preferred with 1-3 years of process analysis and project management experience.
Experience working with production systems and process improvement skills preferred.
Or; an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties of the job as listed above.
