Fargo Park District Foundation - Part Time Gaming Supervisor

Job Description: The Gaming Supervisor/Auditor is responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping of the Foundation’s charitable gaming operation and supervising PT gaming staff.
Duties: Primary focus is to manage bookkeeping responsibilities for the Foundation Charitable Gaming operation.
Supervise, hire, fire, and discipline gaming employees including count team, game dealers, e-tab and dispensary staff Review and monitor the conduct of games Ensure all receipts and disbursements have been properly accounted for in compliance with statute and rule requirements Ensure that all inventory records have been reconciled each week Supervise all licensing and reporting requirements Promptly file all required monthly, quarterly and annual reports Assure that the organization is in compliance with all statutes and rules related to lawful gaming Assure that illegal gaming is not conducted at permitted premises Attend a majority of the Foundation’s regular quarterly meetings Assisting with completes the license and permit application requirements Experience and Skills: Individual must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license and pass an annual background check.
2+ years of charitable gaming experience is preferred.
