Our work environment includes: * Casual work attire * On-the-job training * Growth opportunities Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) *Minimum Required Qualifications:* · Active Registered Behavior Technician · Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician for 2+ years · Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology or another Human Service related field · Experience managing intense behaviors *Job Duties and Responsibilities:* · Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments under the supervision of the Behavior Analyst · Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings · Implement skill acquisition programming with clients · Train staff on client programming and behavior intervention plans · Provide staff with constructive feedback on specific client programming as well as clinical procedures · Ability to accept and implement feedback given by Behavior Analysts · Facilitate communication and collaboration between all members of the client’s team including RBTs, BCBAs, parents, and other health professionals · Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior · Complete programming data and session notes within 24 hours after each client session · Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities · Ability to interpret and implement clinical protocols as written · Adherence to organizational policies and procedures · Abide by Behavior Analyst Certification Board Ethics Code · Other duties as assigned *Physical Requirements:* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures including but not limited to kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing for extended periods of time Must be willing to implement crisis intervention techniques written in Behavior Intervention Plans or emergency situations as needed, once certified in crisis intervention Must be willing and able to commute to client homes and community locations Must have viable transportation and be willing to travel between client homes and community locations within 20 miles of Fargo, ND and Moorhead, MN *Working Conditions:* The physical environment requires the employee to travel daily and work in a variety of settings including but not limited to client homes, in community, and/or in office.
