Work Location - 1801 45th Street SW J, Fargo, ND 58103 Status - Full-Time, Hourly Responsibilities: Work with the General Manager to oversee daily business operations Deliver superior food and service and maximize customer service Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints Organize and supervise shifts Assist in developing employees by providing ongoing feedback and establishing performance expectations Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity Estimate future needs for good and products Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices Manage restaurant’s great image and suggest ways to improve it Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.
Completes accident reports promptly if a guest or employee is injured Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
