Job Description
The Delivery Lead is responsible for leadership and representation of the business line in all aspect of assigned Initiatives, including coordination with stakeholders, definition of high level KPIs, documentation of business requirements and acceptance criteria, management of execution, and leadership of end-to-end testing efforts.
The Delivery Lead will interface with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion of assigned Initiatives in accordance with organizational prioritization.
The Delivery Lead will manage performance of the project teams and evaluate overall performance.
The ideal candidate would be a "self-starter" who has a strong attention to detail, advanced communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work well within ambiguity and adapt to change quickly.
Basic Qualifications
- Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
-1-3 years minimum Business Analyst experience
-1-3 years minimum experience crafting Business Needs and Acceptance Criteria
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong attention to detail
- Comprehensive knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience writing high level business requirements
- Experience working Mural and Jira
