As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and leading a team of dedicated warehouse associates.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Lead and inspire a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily operational goals.
* Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and efficient order fulfillment.
* Implement and improve warehouse processes to drive productivity and maximize operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, sales, and logistics, to coordinate inventory and streamline operations.
* Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
* Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory, monitor performance, and generate reports.
* Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance warehouse operations.
* Train and develop warehouse associates, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to promote growth and performance excellence.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Previous experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
* A strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
