The Supervisor, End User Support’s focus is to give strategic guidance in the creation, upkeep, and improvement of the digital workplace setting.
The Supervisor will streamline processes, apply best practices, and cultivate a customer-focused culture through direct supervision of the support team.
To achieve that, the Supervisor, End User Support will:
Direct and develop a team of IT professionals to maintain the IT department’s service level agreements (SLA) with internal customers including technical resolutions, troubleshooting and needs.
Manage the incident and problem resolution process, including root cause analysis and preventative measures.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve escalated technical issues and coordinate hardware and software support services.
Qualifications:
