*Position Overview:* We are looking for a Parts Manager who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the parts inventory, managing the parts sales team, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of automotive parts and inventory management.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic team of parts counter personnel, parts drivers and parts warehouse employees.
* Maintain accurate records of all parts inventory, ensuring the availability of parts and accessories for the service department and customers.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing, timely delivery, and quality parts for the dealership.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize parts department performance and profitability.
* Ensure that parts department operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company and industry standards.
* Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with part inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts to customers and service technicians.
* Collaborate with other departments to improve overall dealership performance and customer experience.
* Develop and manage departmental budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing resources.
* Oversee quality control and assurance measures to guarantee workmanship standards are met.
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive parts management in a dealership environment.
* Proven track record of successfully managing parts departments within the automotive industry.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
* In-depth knowledge of dealership operations and automotive parts best practices.
* Experience with parts department financial management and budgeting.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
