We are searching for a dynamic and motivated individual to lead the coordination of housing and assisted living services for our Twin Valley Assisted Living Community.
Our goal is to provide a home-like, community-based living experience featuring person-centered care to meet the needs of our clients.
As the coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining good relationships with physicians, clinics, and social workers while serving on appropriate community committees as needed.
You will also oversee the coordination of resident care, ensuring that personal, medical, and emotional needs are met while upholding the highest levels of customer service.
In addition, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility, including the development and implementation of policies and programs, and ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
You will also be responsible for managing the budget, overseeing the cleanliness and upkeep of the building, grounds, and equipment, and providing ongoing training and support to our dedicated staff.
If you have experience in managing staff, administration, or the practice of assisted living services in a residential setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, we want you to join our team! We offer full-time hours with occasional weekends and holidays, and on-call status as needed.
