Position Summary
As a Precision Ag Manager, you’ll join our product support team supporting customers and dealership personnel to enhance the customer and employee experience.
The person in this role is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading the integrated solutions team.
Attracts, retains, and effectively engages all dealership employees in the Farm Sight concept.
They also work with team members to proactively implement solutions to improve customer profitability and reduce in-season downtime.

Job Responsibilities
Provides leadership across the organization for precision farming products
Develops the strategic direction for the dealership to develop, execute, and deliver solutions in accordance with John Deere FarmSight certification and ISG Assessment.
Communicates, enforces, and monitors AMS Consultant processes to ensure customer satisfaction and to improve operational efficiency with the dealership AMS Consultants.
Partners with service, parts and sales management in the development and execution of services and solutions to identify and address customer needs.
Identifies and secures elements required for delivering solutions, and manages the relationship with third party providers (Certified Crop Advisor, Ag Service Provider, etc.
) and related John Deere businesses
Sets goals and identifies precision farming products for mainstreaming AMS at the dealership
Develops and contributes integrated solutions elements of the dealership strategy, marketing, and employee and customer recruiting and training plans
Ensures that stocking/inventory is monitored, adequate, and accurate
Exhibits outstanding communication skills and cooperates with other departments and locations within SEC.
Promotes teamwork, maintains a positive attitude and supports the concept of one face to our customers.

Qualifications
2-5 Years of experience in Precision Ag.
Bachelors Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture Business, or Agriculture Mechanization or equivalent experience preferred.
Ability to operate with a solutions approach and identify existing/emerging customer needs.
Ability to think strategically.
Knowledge of database software and computer application systems.
Demonstrates leadership, organizational, management, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
