Manager, Engineering

Responsible for overseeing the Engineering Department.
Accountable for all capital equipment installations, building modifications and upgrades, overall day-to-day engineering operations, and long-term asset planning.
•Manage Engineering Department (team of engineers and interns).
Ensure budget, quality and schedule targets of all capital projects are met.
•Responsible for the long-term capital planning for the site.
Includes managing the current capital budget and maintaining the 3-year capital plans for the site.
•Development and controlled spending of overhead budgets and Capital projects.
As a member of senior management, contribute to and lead initiatives for cost reduction, employee and food safety, employee engagement, and future planning.
•Address any food safety and quality problems as they arise; report those issues that are outside of your area of responsibility or expertise to personnel with authority to initiate corrective measures.
