is seeking a full-time house manager to work with adults with disabilities or mental health diagnoses in a residential setting in Moorhead, MN.
In this position, you will:
Work full-time
$20/hour
Support clients (males) to succeed in everyday activities.
Support positive strategies to improve behaviors and outcomes.
Ensure the health and safety of the individuals served.
Coordinate between participants team members
Manage household duties
Work split shifts
Be on call when needed
Provides on-going supervision to staff
Qualifications:
High school diploma
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass background screening.
Previous group home experience preferred
