We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Director to join our multi-entity and multi-location organization, in addition to a group of remote employees.
As an IT Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's information technology and systems.
This includes managing hardware, software, networks, and databases to ensure efficient and secure operations.
You will work closely with all entities, locations, and departments to understand their technological needs and provide solutions that align with our business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to system optimization.

Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.
Manage and optimize hardware, software, networks, and databases to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
Develop, manage, and track the IT department's annual budget.
Develop and implement information security strategies and policies to protect our organization's data from unauthorized access.
Manage information systems support staff and vendors.
Monitor and evaluate partnerships with vendors and create cost-efficient contracts.
Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and best practices to enhance our information systems.
