About this Role: Leads by example in providing outstanding GOLD service to enhance the customer experience.
Responsible for providing leadership support when the manager and assistant manager are off-site and conducting opening/closing of the store when needed.
A key player in motivating, training, and inspiring your Team! Responsible for assisting with on-site facility and employee safety and security.
Understands and communicates the relationship between the Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch mission and Thrift Stores/Warehouses.
