We are currently growing our North America team and are seeking a HR Specialist - Absence Case Management to join our talented team!
This role is responsible for providing support to the HR department and business.
They will assist in various HR functions, including but not limited to Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Relations, Business Processes & Analytics, and Environmental Health & Safety.
The Specialist will collaborate with HR team members to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations.
This position may be located at our Statesville, NC or West Fargo, ND locations.
Role & Responsibility
Assign cases and corresponding follow-up via email, fax, voicemail
Manage assigned case load from initiation through completion, including providing documentation and follow-up within absence management system
Process benefits direct billing, update employee timesheet coding, maintain employee records (HRIS)
Provide excellent customer service
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent related experience.
Basic leave administration knowledge.
Time management, critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
Travel required: < 10%
