*We are looking to fill an Area Manager Position with a core market of Fargo/Moorhead.

This position is responsible for creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customer's by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities or demonstrating leadership qualities.
Some of these duties/qualifications may vary and/or other duties may be assigned:
* Experience managing multiple employees; including the management of other supervisors and management teams on two shifts
* Leadership-Provide training and development for staff (managers & techs)
* Ensure quality and consistency across assigned area
* Increase sales through customer relationships
* Dependable with a flexible work schedule and availability for on call on weekends (40-50 hours weekly)
* Professional with excellent business to business relationships and communication skills (in person, email, phone, texting)
* Experience in hiring, coaching and termination process
* Interpersonal Skills
* Maintains our core values as a priority (Trust, Teamwork, Respect, Empathy and Quality)
* Task and deadline oriented
* Basic Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Email)
* Reporting and approving time for payroll
* Minimize cost and labor by reviewing schedules, budgets and inventory use
* Visit account sites monthly to evaluate operations, cleanliness and efficiency
* Problem Solving - Ability to identify and provide solutions for challenges as they present themselves
* Documentation - ability to read and write in English
* Works well under pressure
* Oversee/Review area schedules
* Hold weekly planning meetings with Assistant Area Managers
* Ability to allow managers and teams to work independently
* Reports to Operations Manager and assists in carrying out company goals and expectations
* Assists with cleaning in open accounts as needed to support team
* Must have clean Background Check & Driving Record - *we do run the reports*
