JOB PURPOSE:
Manage Vanna's rental department, and aid in some rentals marketing/advertising.
This is a full-time position, but could potentially be a flexible 30-35 hour part-time position.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Manage rental schedule and bookings for our three rental campervans.
Answer phone calls and emails regarding rentals.
Customer service experience would be preferred.
Calculate monthly rental summaries and communicate with the owners of our rental units.
Turnover vans after rentals.
Includes cleaning a shower, Laveo Dry Flush toilet, sink, fridge, laundry, counters/floors/cupboards, front cab and driving the van to the truck wash two blocks away.
Figure roughly 3-10 hours/week will be spent on turnovers.
Facilitate rental pickups and drop-offs.
These may fall on Saturdays and Sundays, but often happen during the work week.
Aid our marketing department in the creation of social media content to promote rentals.
Preferred experience creating content for Instagram Reels and Tik Tok.
Helping our production team by running errands and cleaning finished van builds in your downtime.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Lift up to 5 lbs frequently, 20 lbs occasionally and 40 lbs rarely.
Walk, stand, bend, twist/turn, reach overhead to clean inside vans.
Operate Mercedes Sprinter and Ford Transit vans.

Schedule: Full Time, Mon - Thurs 8:00am - 5:30pm, Fri 8:00am - Noon, Ocassional pickup/drop-off on weekends.
