*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments using effective interviewing techniques and appropriate screening tools.
* Deliver individual, couples and family counseling within your area of expertise.
* Develop and review treatment plans in collaboration with clients ensuring their goals and needs are addressed.
* Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies to facilitate holistic care.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress.
* Utilize computer software and office equipment proficiently.
* Uphold strict confidentiality protocols for all client information.
*Qualifications:*
* Possess a Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
* Hold a current license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of North Dakota.
* Pre-licensed clinicians with an LACP, LPC, or LMSW are encouraged to apply and will be considered, with an adjusted salary.
* Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with community mental health resources.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
* Ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with clients.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
