PT Registered Nurse Case Manager in Fargo, ND
Dakota Home Care is looking to hire a Part-Time Nurse Case Manager.
Our Nurse Case Manager position requires an RN degree with at least 3 years of clinical experience.
Experience in pediatric care & home health care is a plus, vent and trach experience preferred.
The Nurse Case Manager is responsible for admissions, care planning, and overseeing care in the client's home.
