- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: CHF, COPD, Alzheimers, Parkinsons, Diabetes
- Are there IVs or titratable drips?: Minimal IV meds
- DON/Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: Charge Nurse
- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 0600-1430, 1400-2230, 2200-0630 // cycle scheduling
- Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
- Holiday Requirements: Every other holiday
- How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: 2-4 days
- Additional Notes: Has a home like work environment, strong team work, and strong work ethics
Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract).
Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
