RN Staff Nurse

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of registered nurses and healthcare professionals - Oversee the delivery of quality patient care and ensure adherence to medical protocols and standards - Coordinate and schedule nursing staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow - Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations - Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans - Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate patient records - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, pediatrics, senior care, or other specialized populations - Proficiency in IV infusion, IV insertion, venipuncture, and other nursing procedures - Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures and sonography techniques - Previous experience in team management or leadership roles We offer competitive compensation packages and comprehensive benefits for our Registered Nurse Managers.
