Adult Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and review of symptoms - Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and imaging studies - Develop and implement treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions - Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary - Provide patient education on disease prevention, management, and treatment options - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care - Perform minor procedures and assist with more complex procedures as needed - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Qualifications: - Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice - Master's degree in Nursing or related field - Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (specific experience may vary depending on the specialty) - Proficient in performing essential skills such as tube feeding, vital signs monitoring, sterile processing, etc.
