RN - Registered Nurse (FT Days) - ENT Clinic Job Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse to serve in our ENT practice at South University Clinic in Fargo.
The schedule for this position is 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, for a total of 40 hours weekly.
No weekend, holiday, or on-call rotations are required.
This RN will be crossed trained and work with ENT, Allergy, and Allergy Lab.
All three teams work together daily to provide the best patient care.
This team currently consists of 3 RNs, 2 LPNs, and one CCT and 6 providers, all located at South University Clinic.
Seeking someone with experience who take initiative to jump in and feels comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
Duties will include but are not limited to assisting with procedural work, diagnostic testing, and providing education and triage via phone, in-basket, and in person.
Must be confident in delegating and being a resource for all staff members.
EPIC experience is preferred.
Is a professional practicing in a multi-faceted domain of specialty nursing that focuses on health care of individuals, families, groups, communities and entire populations.
Provides care that occurs in primary and specialty care outpatient facilities, non-acute community out -patient settings; during tele health nursing encounters that occur in medical offices or by individual nurses in the home or business.
Have authority, accountability and responsibility for nursing practice; makes decisions; and takes action consistent with the obligation to promote health and to provide optimal care recognizing that health is a universal right.
Interacts with patients in concert with other health professionals, skillfully uses the nursing process to assess primary concerns, identify problems, analyze and integrate subjective and objective data, decide on a plan of action, apply the appropriate intervention and evaluate the outcome.
Education Qualifications: BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.

Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 3 months from date of hire.

92 - $49.
38 / hour The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package.
The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
Weekends No Effective December 1, 2019: Job offers are contingent upon successful completion of a post-offer assessment, including a urine drug screen, immunization review, proof of required vaccinations, and background check.
