Job Responsibilities: * Establishes positive, trusting rapport with clients.
* Learns about new patients quickly.
* Provides excellent patient care in an individual and group setting.
* Diagnosis and treats mental health disorders.
* Maintains thorough records of patient meetings and progress * Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
* Refers patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary.
* Follows all guidelines, regulations, standards, and policies.
