Job Description
We are hiring *Licensed Clinical Social Workers* to provide *Full-Time and Part Time* high quality individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, behavioral management and assessment services to residents in long-term care facilities in: *Fargo, ND*
* _*Monday - Friday schedule, normal business hours, No on-call hours*_

*Qualifications*
* Experience working with the geriatric population (preferred)
* Must meet credentialing standards of employer and CMS
* Willing to travel to assigned Nursing Homes within the local area
* Experience collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience using Electronic Medical Records Systems
* Must possess effective communication skills in order to interact with patients, families, and facility staff
