We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic customer service orientated Employee Engagement Coordinator to support in-person and virtual Employee Engagement programs for the Fargo Campus.

As an Employee Engagement Coordinator, you will work with the Fargo Site Leader, to deliver on employee engagement events and initiatives, and manage the day-to-day operations of the team.
The position requires someone who enjoys collaborating in a dynamic environment and building working relationships, flexing into diverse working styles, and has an eye for detail.
Responsibilities
Manage Site Communications strategy, development and distribution including but not limited to newsletters, emails, social media, invitations, presentations, and SharePoint site
Support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives through Employee Resource Group Support, Employee Networking Group Support, events, and being the Employee Resource Group & Employee Network Site Liaison
Lead planning, logistics, and facilitation of executive level visit
Lead coordination and communications of campus trainings
Drive & coordinate all event logistics for internal campus events which may include but not be limited to campus picnic, Holiday events, new hire events, Campus Town Halls
Create and maintain documentation processes and procedures
Manage Site programs budget, including processing all invoices and regular reporting
Participate & support additional miscellaneous Site strategy initiatives and projects
Play an active role within the Microsoft Fargo Site Team, driving participation and execution within all internal Microsoft Fargo events and programs
Serves in a support role for assigned team, which includes executing on logistics to support operations plans, developing plans, working with stakeholders, and supporting the rhythm of business (ROB).
Creates tactical relationships, such as with peers, as needed to attain results (e.
g.
, providing specific leaders to reach out to to get information about specific challenge).
Supports the execution of existing plans for culture initatives.
Executes internal communications strategy and programs.
Reviews, supports and helps to refine work of team members with relevant content (e.
g.
, partner decks, event decks, results summaries, team sharepoints).
Contributes to project management, including coordinating and double checking work as assigned.
Manages communications with external community groups that partner with Microsoft
Support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives through Employee Resource Group Support, Employee Networking Group Support, events, and being the Employee Resource Group & Employee Network Site Liaison

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.
g.
, Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 1+ year(s) experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in events or operations
Customer service experience
Experience in connecting and working on community or relationship building.
Interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships across groups and management levels.
Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, OneNote
Organizational, analytical and anticipatory skills
Experience managing multiple projects at once, in addition to dealing with ambiguity
Business Management IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.
S.
is USD $64,800 - $115,600 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $86,400 - $129,600 per year.
