Responsibilities:
As an Electronic Hardware Technician, you will be at the forefront of distributing, maintaining, and supporting electronic locking systems.
Your role will encompass programming, training, safety compliance, communication, and flexibility to meet the dynamic demands of our projects.
Programming: Be the wizard behind the scenes, ensuring seamless programming, conversions, and upgrades of electronic locking devices for properties.
Training and Support: Empower our stakeholders through informative training sessions and exceptional ongoing support.
Safety Compliance: Navigate active construction sites with precision and adherence to safety protocols using proper PPE.
Communication: Foster collaboration among customers through open and effective communication channels.
Be approachable, dependable, and responsive.
Travel and Flexibility: Flexibility and readiness for travel, including overnight stays, and sometimes with short notice.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Two years of relevant experience preferred.
Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver's license.
Self-motivated with a knack for troubleshooting technical challenges.
Proficient in remote and in-person technical support.
Excellent oral communication skills to deliver impactful training sessions.
Willingness to adapt and thrive in various work environments.
Prior experience in electronic hardware distribution preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects exceeding 50 pounds.
Comfort with extended periods of standing and maneuvering heavy materials.
