John's has been providing services for children, adolescents, and adults to address behavioral health and substance use challenges since 1997.
Prairie offers inpatient hospitalization, day treatment, and intensive outpatient services.
Accredited by The Joint Commission, we are the largest, freestanding behavioral health facility in the region.
More than 4,000 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Prairie St.
John's.

The patient financial counselor is a valuable member of our team and Prairie family.

The patient financial counselor informs our patients of their financial obligations and help them through the process of obtaining outside funding.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
*Patient Financial Counselor Job Requirements:*
* Previous patient accounts experience.
* Attention to detail.
* Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work with people is essential.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, receive direction from several different people, problem solve and prioritize workload independently
