Role Details
PM Shift - 64 hours/per pay period - 8 hour shifts (2:15pm-10:45pm) - e/o weekend, e/o holiday

Able to take direction and collaborate well with lead nurse
Have the physical ability to perform all cares
Role Responsibilities: Assist patients in the following areas:
1.
Personal care functions including:
Bathing (bed, tub, shower, or sponge bath)
Skin Care
Toileting (bedpan, urinal, commode and/or toilet)
Grooming (nailcare, shaving, hair)
Oral Hygiene (denture care)
Assist with dressing and undressing
2.
Assist with feeding of residents
3.
Measuring and recording intake and output
4.
Assist in turning and position of residents
5.
Proper transfer techniques
6.
Demonstrates appropriate knowledge for safe use of medical equipment (walkers, Hoyer lift, etc)
Compensation
$20.
19 - $23.
15 /hour
