Monday-Friday.
80-hours per pay period.
On-call status as needed.
Able to assist with bedside nursing as necessary.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current Registered Nurse MN nursing license
Preference given to experience in MDS/RAI or clinical reimbursement

Work effectively with minimal supervision, effective communication skills, and ability to lead a group of people in completing tasks
Knowledge of nursing assessments, resident care plans, and state and federal long-term care regulations
Meet the physical job demands of this position
Key roles and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Responsible for the management of the RAI process, schedule PPS and OBRA MDS
Organize the resident assessment instrument process with a focus on maximization of reimbursement through the MDS and compliance with both state and federal regulations governing the RAI, Medicare and Case Mix Systems
Demonstrates the ability to assess and evaluate resident needs and coordinate nursing care activities so that these needs are met throughout the department
Visits with residents routinely regarding cares, activities, menus, plan of care etc.
Coordinate and lead the care planning for each resident
Participate in all high-risk meetings and IDT Care Plan meetings
Provide proper training to others on documentation and when appropriate clinical assessments
