Francis Health today and experience nursing with us! Responsibilities Evaluates activities of the neighborhood to ensure patient care, staff relations, and efficiency of service.
Evaluates to ensure standards of care and Federal/State regulations are followed.
Coordinate resident care with interdisciplinary team.
Serve as a resource for staff.
Supervise PM shift staff.
Review and update care plans as needed.
Complete MDS assessments as assigned.
