Starting Pay is $22/hr.
Day Shift: 6:30AM - 3:00PM, Monday- Friday.
We are looking for employees that have drive and take initiative! The primary function of this position is to perform cleaning/sanitizing of all aspects of Midland Garage Door MFG Co.
Essential Duties: Cleaning of offices, bathrooms, conference rooms, and the manufacturing floor.
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Order cleaning supplies Sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming of all floors.
Empty all trash daily.
Clean and sanitize Break Room daily.
Interior and exterior window cleaning.
Working outside in the elements.
Snow removal Will operate forklifts and scissor lifts.
Champion an overall culture of teamwork and cooperation between locations and departments.
Demonstrate and uphold Midland Values: Service, Quality and Integrity.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Competencies Required: High level of attention to detail.
Reliable, driven, and takes initiative.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Education and Experience: High School or GED required, and 2 years experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment preferred or; an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully to perform the essential responsibilities and duties as listed above.
