Home Heating, Plumbing & Air Conditioning in Fargo, ND is looking for a Service Dispatcher to join the team!
Good customer service skills and proficient computer & data entry skills are required.
You must also be willing to work nights & weekends when needed (primarily in the winter months when it's cold and demand is high/urgent servicing is needed; nights and weekends can be done from home with a laptop).
*Job Summary*
* Answer incoming service calls, schedule service calls with customer, dispatch service technicians
* Enter time & materials into computer system & bill service calls daily
* Assist customers with scheduling/billing questions
* Generate purchase orders for technicians when needed
* Assist customers with purchasing parts/filters, etc
* Other duties as assigned
*Additional Qualifications*
Experience in the HVAC industry or some post-secondary education is a plus but not mandatory.
*Pay*
$19-$20/hour
