This position will be for our outpatient surgery department.
This position would be responsible for coding multiple specialties including Plastics and IR.
Past surgery coding experience is preferred.

Shifts
Day shifts, 80 hours biweekly, fully remote.
One or more years related experience of medical coding required.
RHIT, CPC, and/or CCS-P certification preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of coding, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS preferred.
Basic math and accounting skills.
Exhibit professional and proficient communication, with patients, co-workers, medical staff and administrative staff.
Perform accurate and efficient skills when coding charges for billing.
Be knowledgeable of resources available within and outside the clinic to obtain optimum accuracy for account billing.
