Nurse Manager - Temporary - Women's and Children's Health Center

Lake Region Healthcare is searching for an interim Women's and Children's Health Center Nurse Manager for coverage between 06/24/2024 and 09/13/2024.
The purpose of this position is to provide 24-hour accountability for coordination of the safe provision of quality patient care on the inpatient unit for women, families and children.
Basic duties include overview of daily operations, assisting with scheduling, interacting with providers and high risk committee, and providing support to nursing staff.

We care for the pediatric and gynecologic needs of our area as well.
The wide variety of patients we care for brings something new to each day! When you join our team, you join a team who really loves what they do! Shifts 80 hours biweekly, day shifts from 8:00am-4:30pm.
This is a temporary position with coverage needed from 06/24/2024 to 09/13/2024.
Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities: Education/Special Skills: Registered nurse with current licensure in Minnesota.
Baccalaureate degree in nursing.
Five years clinical experience in pediatrics and/or labor and delivery.
This position requires current Healthcare provider level CPR certification upon hire.
Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening process required.
Must be able to attend the work site per schedule.
