*Summary: *Operates multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel by performing the following duties.
Seeking motivated, experienced Paramedic to assist our medical team at Prime IV hydration and wellness.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *Include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Answers telephone, responds to inquiries, directs caller to appropriate personnel, and initiates triage slips for response by medical personnel.
* Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
* Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
* Registers patients by verifying that patient's record is up to date and accurate.
Makes appropriate changes in computer system and on patient's chart.
* Greets and directs patients, sales people, and visitors.
* Schedules appointments and enters appointment date, time and reason for being seen into computerized scheduler updates appointment calendars.
* Takes payments for services and products.
Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
* Starting IVs efficiently
* Reviewing medical charts for consistency and accuracy
* Providing nutrient consultations
* Monitor patient during infusion
* Product sales
* Stocking, cleaning, Spa maintenance
Experience required:
* Extensive IV experience
* Excellent customer service
* Sales experience preferred
* Leadership experience preferred
Required Certifications:
* State and nationally registered Paramedic
* Valid state issued ID
