The sharing of timely, accurate information with guests and administration.
You’ll receive hands-on training, orientation of all spaces, and a mentor colleague to guide you in your earliest days with us.
You’ll also use our KAJ Welcome Facilitator Checklist which takes the guesswork out of the details, with ample time to deliver plenty of “yes and” moments to our guests.
* Tone Setter Extraordinaire First impressions are everything, but experiences are what last.
Meeting every guest’s need while anticipating their next means you set the entire tone and outcome of their stay and interaction.
* Audit Guru If you're looking to work the Front Desk in hospitality, but are nervous about the craziness that happens during day/evening hours, the overnight Front Desk position is great way to learn the hotel without the chaos that can happen during the day.
You also have to love staying up all night! You will be responsible for completing the daily roll-over procedures and assisting with laundry and breakfast set-up during your down time.
* Calm on the Surface There’s never a dull moment in this role, as you are on your feet and moving most of the time, adjusting to each day’s requirements as they arise.
You’ll log steps and maintain your physical health by actively moving up to eight hours per day and sometimes lifting up to 40 pounds.
You and your teammates will consistently support each other to lend a hand as needed to ensure we’re delivering the KAJ experience every day, with every guest.
