Shift: Monday through Friday 5:45 am -1:45 pm and Saturday 7:00 am- 9:00 am
Community Medical Services (CMS) is now hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to greet and receive clients for patient care.

Responsibilities:
We’re looking for someone who:
Enjoys a consistent schedule.
Is excited to work in an outpatient setting, much like a doctor’s office.
Remains friendly, helpful, and courteous when interacting with clients, including those who are chemically dependent.
To thrive in this role, you must be able to:
Greet and receive clinic clientele and guests.
Answer incoming clinic phone calls, taking messages when appropriate.
Schedule medical and clinical appointments for all clients.
Monitor clinic lobby and assist with efficient check in and dosing.
Receive all fees for service from the private paying clientele, including maintaining accurate and complete financial records within a computer system.
Send all information requested to the business manager, adjusting when appropriate.
Complete required financial paperwork in a timely fashion.
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
Attend required staff meetings, workshops, and training as assigned by the clinic manager.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma plus work experience (required)
Knowledge of bookkeeping and receptionist duties.
Experience in a medical facility is desirable, but not required.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
